Alpine Legacy Nine – Book Here

Welcome to Alpine Golf Course in Egg Harbor, where tradition meets innovation.

Nestled in the scenic heart of the region, our course is undergoing an exciting renovation to elevate your golfing experience. The original red and white holes are in the later stages of design bringing a new first-class golf facility. While this incredible renovation takes place, we have exciting golf opportunities open in 2025. Our Legacy Nine includes a selection of the iconic Blue and Black Holes. They have been redesigned, combining modern maintenance practices and techniques with the natural beauty of the landscape.

With revamped tee boxes, refined fairways, and enhanced greens, these signature holes now challenge even the most seasoned golfers while offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Whether you’re a newcomer or a seasoned pro, Alpine Golf Course promises a fresh, thrilling, and memorable round of golf. Come experience the perfect blend of classic charm and modern design — only at the Alpine Golf Course in Egg Harbor.

Our bunker renovation is something we’re incredibly excited about, and we can’t wait for you to experience it. The new design incorporates state-of-the-art sand and shaping techniques that will enhance both the playability and aesthetic appeal of the course.

We’ve reimagined each bunker to provide more strategic challenge and improve accessibility, ensuring that players of all levels will have a better experience, whether you’re escaping from a fairway bunker or playing around a greenside trap.

A Legacy of Golf

Inviting golfers since 1922

One of the most striking features of this course is Hole 9 where the fairway drastically descends from the bluff, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding terrain, Egg Harbor and the Bay.

The green on Hole 1 is uniquely positioned right next to the rock face of the bluff, creating a dramatic and scenic backdrop for your putt. Hole 3 is a par 3, where the green is surrounded by sand, creating a dramatic “island” effect. As you approach the tee box, the challenge becomes clear — there’s no room for error. This hole demands precision and control with your tee shot, as the surrounding bunkers are designed to catch any mis-hits, leaving you with a tricky recovery if you’re not on target.

Another standout is Hole 5, a long, dogleg Par 5 that tests a player’s ability to plan each shot. The fairway curves sharply to the right requiring golfers to carefully position their drive to avoid natural hazards and set up for an approach to the green.

The updated sand quality contributes to an overall more enjoyable, visually stunning round of golf. It allows for a cleaner, more consistent strike, giving you greater confidence with every bunker shot.

With features like these, our course not only provides a test of skill but also offers a visually captivating round, making every hole a memorable experience.

“The course was in good shape – I didn’t lose one ball as the rough is short enough to find your golf ball and continue play. Staff was very welcoming and the price was really reasonable.”

“Hotel rooms were hard to come by in Door County, and the Alpine had just renovated their Clubhouse to have guest rooms upstairs. We had a nice room overlooking the golf course. This is a separate building from the resort main lodge and cabins, and is newly and stylishly furnished. Free coffee and refrigerator in rooms. We were even provided a s’mores kit upon request, and spent a bit of a lovely evening by the fire pits. Make sure to ask for the Clubhouse rooms when booking!”
